Libero Call Center Systems provide a

Call Logger Systems
Powered by Asterisk™, our
Libero Call Logger Systems are cost-
effective alternatives to brand-name propietary solutions available in the
market. Our systems allow you to provide the following features:
- Record all incoming and outgoing phone calls concurrently
- Integrate individual pin numbers and passwords for security
- Trace recordings based on incoming or dialed phone number
- Full call details: date/time of call, call duration, number dialed
- Archiving of recorded audio files
- Real-time call monitoring
Each incoming/outgoing phone call is recorded into individual audio files,
making it easy to trace and locate a particular phone call. Our Call Logger
systems are also fully customizable to meet all your security criteria, and
can be programmed to meet the strictest requirements.
Storage capacity of our Call Logger Systems vary depending on number and duration
of recorded calls, but can be scaled up from approximately 10,000 hours onwards.
This can be extended further with your archiving method, thus allowing you to
retain as large an amount of information as required.
Our systems also include a programmable and customizable interface to monitor,
in real-time, any call currently taking place. Various security measures can be
implemented to ensure that only the appropriate personnel has access to this
feature.

Libero Management System
The Libero Management System (LMS) is a web-based Asterisk management GUI,
designed for the not-so-novice Asterisk system administrator in mind. All
administrative functions are provided to control an Asterisk system via one
simple and intuitive interface.
Features include:
- Point-and-click dialplan configuration
- Javascript-based real-time PABX monitoring tool
- Zap/IAX/SIP channels/trunks/extensions configuration
- CDR reporting
- Sound file and MOH management
LMS is easy to install, has minimal system requirements, and does not require
any SQL databases to function. All that is required is a working web server with PHP.
